Overall, I think you have a very lovely picture here with a well balanced composition. The guys both look lovely and are well drawn. The composition is a classic too, with one enlarged part of Alex in the foreground. But as with almost everything there are some minor things that can be pointed out.
Raiden's hair is one of the things that stand out for me when I look at the work. I love how you drew his hair. But when you draw floaty hair I presume there is some wind where both the characters are standing, yet Alex's hair is not floating while Raidens hair is. If there are both in the same area you could make the surrounding more gullable and enhance the bond between characters by drawing them both with floaty hair. Also mind their eye position. Are the guys looking at each other? Or is Alex looking at Raiden, while Raiden is looking into open space? To me it isn't very clear what the guys are looking at, partially because Raiden is wearing an eye patch.
Raiden looks really hot. Let's face it, he is hot and though, and you made him look that way. Alex looks more gentle and pensive. You've portrayed the characters well. So the things I'll point out now, are minor. For example, Raidens eyepatch also isn't really following the form of his face. When one wears an eyepatch, the eyepatch bends over the cheek. Here, the eyepatch is positioned upwards ( I I ) while it should be a bit more rotated, following the shape of his face ( \ \ ). Eyepatches usually have a more round form too, to better fit into the eye socket.
Alex's left leg bends over his right, but should end a tad higher. The heel of his left foot should be placed a bit higher, some inches above the ankle of his right (standing) foot. And last comment about the anatomy, Alex his index finger = the same size as his middle finger, middle finger should be a tad longer.
That's it for the anatomy. There aren't any grave mistakes, which is a definite plus!
Last things I would like to point out have to do with the lineweight and border. The lines are well done, and I don't see any slip ups (which I envy you for ) but your lineweight is a bit random. If you would add more weight to the lines of the character in the foreground, there would be a bigger difference between fore- and background. You might also add some more shadow, like you already did with the window (?) and Alex's sleeves.
The border is well placed, and I love how Raidens hair goes outside the border. I think you could have done the same for Alex. His figure stops at the border and sometimes doesn't reach the border, like his ear and hair at the right side. I think it would have been better if Alex stopped at the edge of your paper, not the border. Only one strand of hair sticks out, and the lines of his arms run through the border which looks a bit out of place when compared to Raiden.
All in one I'm in love with this picture. I really like how you drew the guys, but I bet with your skills you can do even better.
